Shipping:

• The shipping costs on the website are based on Dropshipping and for small orders. For the exact shipping costs for an order with multiple products, you can request a 'quote'.
• Standard shipping costs apply to the standard delivery areas. DHL charges an additional surcharge for the remote areas. Check your delivery address in advance for 'DHL REMOTE AREAS' or inquire about this with ROLLZONE. The additional DHL costs charged will be invoiced to you afterwards.
• The costs for refused shipments or returns due to incorrect address details and the costs for a 2nd attempt (request to redeliver the shipment) are for the customer.
• Dutch resellers can optionally have their (dropshipping) orders shipped with their own PostNL or DHL label. Place your order online and select 'Own DHL or PostNL label' under 'shipping methods'. You can reply to the confirmation email and send your own label as an attachment. Please note: the dimensions of the labels must be 15 x 10 cm. We will print these for you. We will ship your (dropshipping) order with your own PostNL or DHL label.
• You can optionally collect your order from the branch in Eindhoven in consultation with ROLLZONE. You can also send a courier service to have your order collected for you.
• Shipping of dropshipping orders and orders with small quantities are only possible to countries within the European Union.

Returns:

Unfortunately, there is no right of return for B2B purchases. Of course, there are exceptions. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service. We always resolve such situations together neatly.
